Strengthening for Reinforced Concrete Frame Structure

Frame structure is a common structural form of construction. With the increase of service life or the influence of external factors, the strength of the whole structure may be reduced, and it is urgently needed to be strengthened.

Strengthening for reinforcement concrete frame column 

(1) the axial compression ratio of the frame column is more than the specification, wrapping carbon fiber fabric on the column to increase the lateral constraint of the column concrete and improve the deformation performance of the member under the action of the earthquake load.

(2) the reinforced concrete can be wrapped around the original column according to the actual conditions and construction conditions, so as to enhance the bearing capacity of the regional frame columns.

(3) retain the original structural column, wrap the steel skeleton around the column, and pour in the structural adhesive between the two, then reinforce the steel mesh with the strengthened steel mortar.


Strengthening for reinforcement concrete frame beam

(1) bonding steel plate with structural adhesive to reinforce the frame beams and putting mud on the surface of the steel plates.

(2) for the beams with end stirrups that do not meet the specifications, the U type carbon fiber cloth can be pasted at the end of the beam to improve the shear capacity.

(3) non structural vertical cracks were treated with structural adhesive perfusion and pressurized closure.

(4) carry out the rust prevention treatment of steel bar, penetrate into the reinforcing steel bar, insert U - shaped stirrups, install shear steel brackets and use bolted bolts to fix them.


Strengthening for independent foundation

Part of the old independent foundation can be partly retained, the length, width and height should be increased, and the concrete cushion should be widened. After that, the original foundation was reinforced with rust inhibitor and the old concrete interface adhesive was repainted.


Strengthening for the root of the column position

The main reinforcement of the pier and the reinforcement of the pier should be placed around the column. The new concrete should be painted to refresh the old concrete interface glue. After pouring concrete, supporting die, stripping, curing and pouring concrete; and maintenance of the model.


Strengthening for slab

Carbon fiber cloth is used to reinforce the original floor panels and roof panels, and the floor reinforcement is treated with steel bar.
