Our main structural strengthening reinforcement materials are carbon fiber product(fabric, plate) and various adhesive applied to structural reinforcement.

Shanghai Horse Construction is one of the earliest companies in China to sell structural strengthening reinforcement materials. Founded in 2006, its annual performance has increased by 40-50%. After 9 years of hard work, it became the first in the industry in 2015. As of now, our domestic market share has exceeded 30 %.

Shanghai Horse Construction has developed rapidly for 15 years and has been well recognized by the industry. It has accumulated more than 3,000 domestic and foreign customers, and has used more than 70,000 reinforcement materials for sale in 60 countries.

In order to promote to the international market, the industry took the lead in passing ISO9001 international quality system certification, American ASTM, French BV, German TV, European Union CE certification, etc. And has set up some agents in Asia, North America, South America, Europe and other regions.

The factory covers an area of about 5,000 square meters, which is about the size of a football field, and has about 100 production and technical researchers.

There are 12 most advanced and intelligent production lines, and the products produced are far higher than the requirements of national regulations. Among them are five carbon fiber fabric production lines, using the world's most professional machine for weaving carbon fiber fabric-German DORNIER Loom, with a daily output of 10,000 square meters of carbon fabric and an annual output of 4 million square meters. The two carbon fiber plate production lines also use German Dornier looms, with a daily output of 2,000 meters of carbon fiber boards and an annual output of 600,000 meters. 5 structural epoxy adhesive production lines, with a daily output of 20 tons and an annual output of 6000 tons.

The 4 major storage bases are located in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu, which are distributed in the four directions of China's east, west, south and north, and radiate across the country. The daily storage of unidirectional carbon fiber is 100,000 square meters, and the daily storage of glue is 50 tons, which can solve the difficult supply of large projects and the slow supply of urgent projects.

We are also equipped with an independent laboratory. In addition to daily research, the laboratory can also test data at any time, such as carbon fiber tension, compression, bending and shearing, to ensure that each batch of products can far exceed national requirements.
