Chemical Reabr Reinforcement Of Existing Bridge Pier

Chemical Reabr Reinforcement

A station bridge is 231.2m long and consists of four 9-hole 24m single-track bridges. The bridge was completed in September 2000. The I, II and 3 line bridges were all completed and are currently in good operation. Long-term beam erection conditions are reserved for the 4-line bridge, only piers and abutments are built, no beams are erected, and the current structure is good. The original bridge was made of reinforced concrete piers and lug-shaped abutments. The foundations were all excavated well foundations, and the foundations were placed in the complete bedrock. After design and calculation, the base stress met the requirements of the new line.

Because the design speed of the new railway line is 160km/h, the design speed of the existing line is 120km/h. After checking, the existing reserved 4-line bridge piers can no longer meet the requirements of the new line, and the existing 4-line bridge piers must be reinforced. By comparing the technical and economic effects of various bridge pier reinforcement schemes, and selecting the best reinforcement scheme, it is believed that the "rebar chemical rebar method" can reduce the cost and shorten the construction period, and can meet the requirements of the new line at the same time. Reinforcing bridge piers by "chemical rebar reinforcement method" means chemical rebar a certain depth and a certain amount of steel bars on the existing bridge piers, then supporting the formwork and pouring concrete, thereby increasing the volume of the pier body and increasing the lateral stiffness and vertical bearing capacity of the bridge pier.

The basic principle of chemical rebar

Use drilling equipment to drill holes in concrete, and ensure that the holes are qualified and drilled to the specified depth through certain technical measures. Then clean and dry the channel, and then inject the rebar chemical rebar glue, and plant the rebar in time. After a certain period of curing, the steel bars are firmly fixed in the concrete, so that the steel bars play an important role in the stress of the concrete.

According to the above steps, the reinforcement construction of the 16 piers and columns planted bars in this project and the sampling inspection after the construction is completed, the indexes and pullout resistance of the planted bars all meet the design requirements, and the pass rate is 100%. The existing reserved piers are well reinforced by chemical rebar reinforcing bars, which improves the bearing capacity of the piers and saves investment. At the same time, chemical rebar bars can also be used to reinforce the defects of bridges and other buildings, which plays a very good role in improving the safety factor and service life of the structures.
